Working the “front-line” of the body

Combining Connective tissue massage and Neuromuscular Therapy

Class Description: We are combining our experiences to unlock the potential function and balance to the Anterior abdominal region and pelvis. Emmett will  be using Neuromuscular Techniques to return normal tonicity to muscle tissue and bring about potential strength to each muscle . Tom will demonstrate connective tissue activation, stressing the global nature of the connective tissue organ. Structural integration, and myofascial stretching with some gentle movement will be involved in exploring the connective tissue.  We feel combining these two modalities will create a powerful connection of both fascial and muscular systems to aid in increased function and balance to the Torso and pelvic area.
